We aggregate flight, hotel, car rental, and experience listings from third-party providers to help you find the best travel deals. We do not operate as a travel agency or tour operator; bookings are completed directly with the respective travel provider.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

AI Travel Now earns commissions when you click on links to our partner sites and make a purchase or booking. This includes, but is not limited to, affiliate partnerships with Travelpayouts, Booking.com, Expedia, and other travel providers. These commissions help us keep the service free for users. Affiliate relationships do not influence the order or prominence of search results.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide in searches.
• You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or access our services.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date pricing and availability, all travel information is provided by third-party suppliers and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. Always verify final prices and terms directly with the booking provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Travel Now and Helix Capital Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
